Our fencing in the back was never fixed or the gate to the fence and was made aware of before moving in and multiple times after because my girlfriend and child felt unsafe when I wasn't home because I travel for work. There was black iron fencing left behind by previous tenants again made them aware before moving in and multiple times after, they told us not to remove because maintenance would take care of it and never did. Prior to move in they covered black mold on my daughter's ceiling so we approved the town home and started showing just a couple months later after living there, office manager told us maintenance would get to it when she had time. At move in we were asked if the carpet was ok because it hadnt been replaced we said it was ok wasnt in to terrible shape but could still see the dog hair from the last tenants definitely needed a good cleaning and now we are being charged for its replacement not to mention how rude and disrespectful the office staff is to their residents.
